Took 3 weeks off for work, travel and bicep pain

switching to strict overhead press with the regular grip as opposed to the false grip, push press, same with bench press, regular grip instead of false grip

today i tried the olympic style press

150×5-traps feeling a burn

150×5-need to refine this new technique

345×5-tough after no lifting for last 3 weeks

305×5-low back still sore, especially in the hole

*left bicep pain when lowering the bar

242.5×5-used regular grip-made bicep pain go away

242.5×5-regular grip feels good-a little weird but good

Weighted pullups 3×5 +25

+25×5-dip belt missing, had to improvise

+25×5-felt good

Maybe switch to 5×5 from now on??
