Bench 3×5 target 242.5

*left bicep pain when lowering the bar

242.5×5-used regular grip-made bicep pain go away

242.5×5

242.5×5-regular grip feels good-a little weird but good

Weighted pullups 3×5 +25

+25×5-dip belt missing, had to improvise

+25×5

+25×5-felt good

Maybe switch to 5×5 from now on??
